As we slide into the last stretch of 2024, the days are getting shorter, the weather’s turning colder, and life’s pressures—from holiday expectations to year-end work stress—are stacking up. And let’s not forget those invisible challenges creeping in, like depression and emotional exhaustion, that often go unnoticed. We might be out here holding it together, but behind the scenes, things are far from okay.

Black women, especially, take on a whole lot—emotional labor, family obligations, community responsibilities. So how do we protect our peace when this season tests our mental and emotional health? How do we make sure we’re checking in on each other and not just saying we’re fine when we’re anything but?

Come through for a discussion about creating real support for ourselves and each other in times when the world expects us to smile through it all. This is a safe space for those of us who say we’re okay when we’re really not. Let’s hold each other up as we move through the tough times together.

Add this to your schedule, and come as you are for this heart-to-heart <3
