‘Tis the Season, Don’t Feel Sorry: Navigating Grief and the Holiday Blues
You are invited to “‘Tis the Season, Don’t Feel Sorry: Navigating Grief and the Holiday Blues” with Tolaya Geredine, MA, LCPC, Founder and Psychotherapist at InnerWork Wellness, LLC.
It may seem like everyone is cheerful at this time of year, but it’s also pretty common to feel down. This can look like mourning people who have passed and are not around for the holidays, feeling like you’re not living up to your family’s expectations when you return home, experiencing loneliness and sadness around not being able to have the celebrations you want, and more.
Your feelings are valid, and you are not alone. There are healthy ways to cope to help you get through this season, especially in relation to others who feel similarly.
Join us on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 for a community conversation that will help us honor and move through grief when it seems like we’re being forced to be jolly.
Be sure to save your seat! This is your chance to get some last-minute insight and grounding techniques before the new year! 🎉
